Radio Glan Clwyd

Radio Glan Clwyd is a volunteer-run radio station based in Rhyl, North Wales, United Kingdom. Established in 1976, the station originally broadcasted from Alexandra Hospital in Rhyl before moving to Glan Clwyd Hospital in Bodelwyddan in 1980​​.

Listeners can tune into Radio Glan Clwyd on 1287 kHz AM frequency or listen online live from anywhere in the world. The AM transmitter was purchased in 2001, enabling the station to broadcast more reliably and over a wider area, including all parts of the hospital and even in the car park​.
