Release Radio

Release Radio is an underground dance music station broadcasting from the UK, specifically London, Surrey, and Berkshire. It started as a pirate radio station called Release RM, broadcasting across Berkshire. After a hiatus of a few years, it re-emerged, rebranded as Release Radio, and obtained the necessary licenses to broadcast on DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting), officially launching in April 2020​​.

Release Radio provides a variety of music genres, including House, Drum and Bass, Soul music, Jazz, and Funk Music. The station can be listened to online, live, and is available on DAB+ Radio across London, Surrey, and Berkshire. In addition to audio, the DJ's can be watched via RTV or on their MixCloud Live stream while on air​​.

The team behind the station consists of several DJs including Mista Chops, Edd Rimmer, Gary Manley, DJ Remi, and Nikki T. Each DJ brings a unique flavor to the station with their individual music tastes and backgrounds​​.
