Solid Gold Gem is a beloved online radio station that provides listeners with a unique and engaging experience. Founded in 2012, the station was created by a group of professional radio DJs who had worked in the industry since the 1970s. Their goal was to recreate the charm of the original East Midlands station GEM, where some of the DJs had presented \'the first time around\'. We broadcast 24 hours a day and are commercial free. We play hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s with a few 50s and some New Gold as well.
