Burnout: A Cyberpunk Thriller is an audio drama set in a gritty future city ruled by organised crime clans, artificial intelligence, and the spectacle of Zero Gravity Racing. Its protagonist, Theo Bazarov, is a disgraced racer in debt to a powerful crime clan and dependent on a synthoid-narco addiction. After a terrorist EMP attack transforms the city into a massive, dangerous racing track, Theo is forced into a suicide mission and an impossible heist. With help from a sassy, unstable internal A.I. named IRIS, he navigates a cast of colourful characters while unable to trust his own mind or the motives around him. The series is created by Lewis Carter and the team behind The Dex Legacy.
