Colne Radio

Colne Radio, broadcasting on 106.6 FM and online, is an independent, community-based radio station in the United Kingdom that has been live since April 2011. It serves approximately 200,000 people in Colchester and surrounding areas, one of the fastest-growing regions in the country​​. It was initially named Radio Wivenhoe, founded by Jerry Davis in his back bedroom, before changing its name to Colne Radio in February 2014​.

The station operates 24 hours a day, every day, offering a mix of music, news, and views presented by local people for local communities such as Colchester, Brightlingsea, St. Osyth, Rowhedge, and Alresford​​.
