Abdur Rahman ibn Yusuf Mangera

Dr. Mufti Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf Mangera is a British Muslim scholar who has memorized the Qur'an and studied under esteemed scholars in the UK, South Africa, India, and Syria.
