The Down Low
A bi-weekly podcast hosted by Bernie Abambi and Ess, two Black, DL(ish), bisexual millennials in London. They discuss music, politics, and celebrity foolishness with humor and honesty, mixing serious topics with a generous amount of shade. The show invites listeners to email dilemmas, life woes, fun questions, or their own music. Hosts are active on Twitter and Instagram as @deardownlow.
