The Grapplers Perspective Podcast, formerly The Everyday Perspective, is hosted by Paul and Danny, two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enthusiasts and health and fitness professionals. Each week they chat with grapplers and other interesting guests about BJJ, grappling, physical and mental health, fitness, and nutrition, all wrapped in casual banter.
