The UK 1940s Radio Station plays original music recorded and released during the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s, alongside historical news broadcasts from the UK and USA. Launched in 2010, it was the first UK-based internet radio station dedicated to this era. The station is run by volunteers and also operates The British Home Front Radio Service.
