With its base in Newcastle, UK, the station offers a diverse range of genres, including general popular music from the last 60 years, Country, New Wave, Rock and Roll, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and Classic Rock​​. The station is run entirely by enthusiastic and committed volunteers, providing the local community with an opportunity to become actively engaged in radio. This commitment to community involvement is a key objective of the station and extends to other local organisations and community groups​.
