Ashanti Bentil-Dhue 26 Episodes Aug 20, 2026

The Unpunishable Woman is a podcast for single women who are done living inside systems that were never designed for their autonomy. Hosted by Ashanti Bentil-Dhue, this show introduces a framework exploring how invisible contracts, nervous system conditioning, and power structures shape single women's choices, self-perception, money, work, rest, and desire. This is not a dating podcast. There is no advice on how to be chosen. No spiritual bypassing. No "good woman" conditioning. Instead, each episode examines how single women can build internal and external infrastructure - emotional, financial, social, and economic - so their lives are no longer organized around proximity to men, survival, or self-sacrifice.

A Woman Is "Selfish" When She Refuses to Be Used
A Woman Is "Selfish" When She Refuses to Be Used Aug 20, 2026 26:26 Women's ambition is not the real problem. The problem is that a successful woman can now profit from her own skills, exercise authority over her own life and decide that her labor does not automatically belong to a man. In this video, I expose the invisible contracts behind the claim that ambitious women are unattractive, selfish or "too much." Free Download – Invisible Contract Foundations https:
The Difference Between a Good Girl and a Grown Woman: Saying No
The Difference Between a Good Girl and a Grown Woman: Saying No Aug 14, 2026 26:16 Most women aren't afraid of saying no - they're afraid of what happens after they say it. In this video, I explore why so many women struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing and guilt. If you've ever felt guilty for protecting your time, your body or your peace, this conversation is for you. The Biggest Money Mistake Single Women Make
The Biggest Money Mistake Single Women Make Aug 6, 2026 19:24 Why do so many single women struggle to build wealth even when they're working hard? In this video, I unpack the hidden money beliefs that keep many single women waiting for financial security through a relationship instead of building it for themselves. We explore the Invisible Contracts around money, the "provider" narrative, financial independence, and why psychological adulthood means becoming
What Every Woman Deserves To Know About Sex
What Every Woman Deserves To Know About Sex Jul 30, 2026 30:05 In this episode, I share the conversations I wish every woman had before becoming sexually active. We talk about consent, bodily autonomy, contraception, sexual health, pornography, boundaries, pleasure, and why your body deserves preparation, respect and care. Most importantly, we explore what it means to develop real self-authority so that your decisions come from confidence rather than pressure
The Future of Women Requires More Than Empowerment
The Future of Women Requires More Than Empowerment Jul 20, 2026 35:29 There is a conversation about women that I believe we're avoiding. We often discuss systems, patriarchy, injustice and inequality - and those conversations matter. But psychological adulthood asks something different of us. It asks whether we are willing to examine ourselves, develop character, think critically, and refuse to outsource our conscience to any ideology, movement or collective consens
The Dating Advice That's Quietly Destroying Women's Self-Respect
The Dating Advice That's Quietly Destroying Women's Self-Respect Jul 16, 2026 41:07 For years women have been told to learn men - to decode their behaviour, understand their psychology and master dating strategy. But what if that's the wrong starting point? In this video I argue that the real work isn't becoming an expert on men. It's becoming an expert on yourself. We explore self-authority, psychological adulthood, dignity, consent, coercion, emotional maturity, boundaries, and
Are Women Morally Superior to Men?
Are Women Morally Superior to Men? Jul 9, 2026 21:26 Are women morally superior to men? Or have we confused systemic power with human nature? In this episode, I explore one of the most controversial conversations in modern gender discourse: female accountability and internalised misogyny. I examine why criticising women's behaviour is so often dismissed as "internalised misogyny," why agency and accountability belong together, and why acknowledging
Why Educated Women Still Get Trapped In Bad Relationships With Men
Why Educated Women Still Get Trapped In Bad Relationships With Men Jul 2, 2026 23:51 Plenty of women have been taught that if you work hard enough, study hard enough, and become successful, life will simply fall into place. It doesn't. Academic intelligence does not prepare you to navigate human nature, and especially not misogyny, manipulation, or bad faith actors. You can have a first class degree, a PhD, a corner office, and still find yourself tolerating disrespect, coercion,
You Don't Know Who He Is Until He Is Aroused
You Don't Know Who He Is Until He Is Aroused Jun 28, 2026 21:43 This episode is the beginning of a series on sex as an invisible contract. What women are taught about intimacy. What they are not taught. And why that gap is not accidental. I talk about penetration and power. About what happens energetically when a man is in an aroused state and his intent is to seek release. About why women are disbelieved when they share experiences of violation - even in cons
The Part About Penetration During Sex Nobody Ever Prepares Women For
The Part About Penetration During Sex Nobody Ever Prepares Women For Jun 28, 2026 18:55 There is nothing neutral about penetration. Not culturally, not physiologically, not socially. And yet this is the conversation that is almost entirely absent from how women are prepared for sexual experiences. In this episode Ashanti addresses the gap between what women are told about sex - the romance, the love, the communication advice - and the visceral reality of what it means to be the perso
Why Your Friends Disappeared When They Got Married
Why Your Friends Disappeared When They Got Married Jun 26, 2026 17:57 There is a role that highly competent single women often occupy in their female friendships - and nobody names it, because naming it requires admitting what it is. You are the one who organises everything, drives everyone, shows up last minute, runs the wedding, remembers the details, holds the emotional weight, and asks for nothing in return. Not because you chose it. Because usefulness became yo
