Anna leads the Garden Army, a community interest company that helps people of all ages with health and wellbeing needs by connecting them with nature. Tom handles the commercial side, renting land and expertise to clients such as Sodexo, Virgin Atlantic and Brighton and Hove football club, growing what they want. The show is for anyone interested in growing good-quality fruit and veg, finding alternative support for stress, PTSD and special educational needs, or farming in a way that respects and cares for nature.
