Scratch Radio is a distinctive community and student radio station broadcasting live and online from the heart of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Established on November 1, 2003, it's nestled on the ground floor of the Parkside Building, part of the City Centre Campus of Birmingham City University.
Described as the "University Soundtrack," Scratch Radio has carved a niche for itself as one of the only student and community radio stations in the country, providing an eclectic mix of Top 40 music and more. Programs range from the lively and upbeat "Saturday Night Fever" to the soothing tones of the "Scratch Folk Hour", offering a diverse range of sounds to cater to a wide audience.
Listeners can tune in at any time of the day or night for a variety of shows that include a best music mix to keep you going through the night, a non-stop mix to get you through the day, and a journey through the decades with hits from the '80s, '90s, and '00s.
