Service Design YAP
Service Design YAP is a community podcast produced by the UK chapter of the Service Design Network. Each episode profiles a member of the design community, exploring lessons from their career path and sharing their favourite design war stories. The podcast was created to help designers who often work in isolation connect with a wider community, offering insights into craft and careers. The meaning behind the show's name, YAP, is deliberately kept a secret. The show welcomes service designers from the UK community, especially those with new primary research or case studies.
