Recovery Talk is a podcast exploring the science and psychology behind eating disorder recovery. Host Amalie Lee, a recovery coach and trainee therapist, shares her own lived experience with an eating disorder. Each episode aims to provide science-backed information and practical support for those recovering from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, and other restrictive eating disorders. The show includes a disclaimer that it is a psycho-educational resource and not a substitute for professional medical treatment.
