Flame Radio, also known as Flame CCR, is a British radio station based in the Wirral, broadcasting on 1521 medium wave locally and available across the globe online and on mobile devices. Flame Radio offers Christian and Community programs with a Merseyside flavor, reaching areas such as Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, West Cheshire, and the North Wales coast. The station is run by Wirral Christian Media, a registered charity founded in 2001 and incorporated in 2004. Listeners can live tune into Flame Radio\'s diverse range of inspirational programs 24 hours a day, with the station offering a unique selection of content inspired by the Heart of God. In addition to live broadcasting, Flame Radio also offers a \"Listen Again\" feature, allowing listeners to revisit a variety of their programs. This includes over 1,000 hours of content, such as Chat Room programs, Look Back heritage programs, and Derek’s Potpourri and One Thing More programs. The station also hosts a Pilgrim’s Progress series and covers timely news on the Middle East and Christian thoughts on the world situation.
