Abbey 104 is a dynamic British community radio station, broadcasting live on your radio on 104.7 FM in the Sherborne area, and online through their website, and other streaming services. This vibrant radio station also reaches listeners on Smart speakers​​. Initially known as Radio Sherborne, the station was rebranded as Abbey 104 in February 2013​​. Abbey 104 prides itself on being a station built for the community, by the community. The idea of a local radio station for Sherborne was conceived by Chris Tucker in 2010, as a way to cater to the local community which was often overlooked by larger broadcasters. The station aims to bring community views, news, and music to people in the town and surrounding areas​.
