Countywide Radio is a true community radio station for Wigan and St Helens, run by a team of dedicated volunteers. First launched in 2009 (formerly known as Galaxy247 and Wigan FM), the station broadcasts a mix of music, local news, entertainment and talk programming 24/7 online and on DAB+ digital radio since May 2026.
